SUMMARY

Beginning in June-2010 our goal was to build a dynamic private education firm which created high social value for the local community. We’re grateful for accomplishing that, providing consistently high-quality supplemental education for 200+ families each year, supplying high-reward, high-responsibility part-time work to 100+ employee tutors every year, and collaborating while giving back to our 120+ school and education partners. Co-owners and 10-year business partners have chosen to exit the education service industry, eager to apply their successes and skills developed here to new entrepreneurial pursuits. We seek a high-energy community leader as the next owner - one who will enjoy an established, marketplace-leading, profitable business and who seeks to expand, seizing the considerable growth opportunities imminently available.
