Franchise Flippers is not a liaison between the buyer and seller and is not responsible for any communication or negotiation between the buyer and seller. Buyer and seller are directly responsible for all communication and negotiations between each party to the transaction. I agree to pay the remaining #text(#field(1748)) fee within 5 business days of closing my deal. I give Franchise Flippers permission to charge my credit card #text(#field(1748)) if the final fee is not paid within 5 days of closing my deal. I understand the #text(#field(1748)) fee is applicable and due upon closing regardless of who the final parties to the transaction are.

I understand the Deal Maker Service involves answering several different series of questions in questionnaire format in order to complete the Deadline Scheduler, the Due Diligence Planner and the Deal Terms Sheet. I understand that I am solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in these questions.

I understand that Franchise Flippers is not a business brokerage, is not acting in a broker capacity, is not charging a commission and that this service is designed to help me in my efforts to close the deal as “for sale by owner”. I also understand that this service and any resources provided by Franchise Flippers do not eliminate or replace the need for legal, tax, or financial counsel for any party involved in the transaction. I understand that if my deal falls through, I continue to have access to the Deal Maker tools and resources with another party. I understand that this service is designed to assist me and the other party in the process of arranging our deal and agree Franchise Flippers is not responsible for the outcome of my deal, the final purchase agreement, any binding documents agreed to between any party, or any requirements set forth by the franchisor or any other party.
