The Resale Broker Network connects finder’s-fee-eligible resales with franchise consultants across every major broker network, through one independent platform. One listing reaches the entire consultant ecosystem — and the buyers they represent.
Participation is exclusive to brands on a Franchisor Resale Plan. Your subscription is your brand’s seat at the table, and and your participation inspires confidence in the broker community.

Resale Broker Network Fees
It costs nothing to add a listing to the Resale Broker Network (other than the listing fee itself). If a franchise consultant introduces the buyer who completes a purchase through the Resale Broker Network, the seller pays a finder’s fee of 8% of the sale price (minimum $10,000) to the consultant, plus a $2,000 success fee to Franchise Flippers. No consultant-sourced buyer, no fees. Fees are only due when the Network delivers.

Does the Partner Plan include listings?
No, listings are purchased individually by your franchisees (or included in an Exit Roadmap) — but your Partner Plan includes a brand discount code they can use.
Can our franchisees still list on Franchise Flippers if my brand doesn’t subscribe?
Yes. We include a Featured Listing with each Exit Roadmap. Also, any franchisee can list their business on Franchise Flippers at standard listing rates. However, only listings from subscribing brands are eligible for the Resale Broker Network.
Who pays the Resale Broker Network finder’s fee?
The seller of the listing. When a consultant’s candidate completes the purchase, the seller pays an 8% finder’s fee (minimum $10,000) plus a $2,000 success fee to Franchise Flippers. If no consultant introduces the buyer, no RBN fees apply.
We have multiple brands in our system. How does pricing work?
Your Partner Plan subscription covers one brand. Each additional brand is $100/month. The $198 Promotion Plan includes up to 5 listings per brand. The $498 Promotion Plan includes UNLIMITED listings for ALL BRANDS in your system.
Can we switch plans at any time?
You are committing to a 12 month plan. After that, you can modify your plan at any time.
Is there a contract for Franchisor plans or can we cancel?
You’ll be entering into an agreement for 12 months with automatic one year renewals. After the first 12 months, you can modify or cancel your plan at any time.
Do you charge our franchisees commissions?
Listing a franchise on Franchise Flippers Resale Exchange is commission-free. We do charge success-based fees for sales made through the Resale Broker Network (which apply solely when a consultant introduces the winning buyer) and the Marketing Assistance Program. A commission is charged for sales made through the Fully Managed Broker Service.
