About this Business
Scottsdale Ranch has a strong foundation and significant opportunity for continued growth. The studio is ideally located in North Scottsdale, close to Fountain Hills, with several schools and family-oriented neighborhoods nearby. The immediate area is not overly saturated with boutique fitness concepts, and we are the only barre studio in the closest surrounding area, which we believe is a meaningful competitive advantage.
One of the studio’s greatest assets is the team. We have 12 experienced instructors who are trained across all Pure Barre formats, along with a General Manager already in place and an awesome team across the business. This provides a new owner with an established operation, experienced talent, and continuity from day one.
Since opening, we have worked to build strong relationships within the local community. Our marketing efforts have included monthly neighborhood flyer distribution, local events and partnerships, and sponsorship of nearby school PTAs. These efforts have helped us establish close connections within the surrounding neighborhoods and school communities. We also utilize Franchise Ramp to support and execute ongoing marketing initiatives.
The biggest opportunity is for a new owner to bring additional hands-on focus to grassroots marketing, community partnerships, lead generation and conversion, member retention, and overall local brand awareness. As my career has evolved, I simply have not been able to dedicate the time and presence to the studio that I believe it deserves.
With limited direct barre competition, nearby schools and established neighborhoods, an experienced team, strong community relationships, and an existing member base, I believe Scottsdale Ranch offers a new owner a great foundation with meaningful opportunity to continue growing the business.

Owner's Day-to-Day Involvement
I currently operate this location part time as I have a studio manager that runs the day to day. I was 100% involved in opening and the first year and 1/2 before my career took a pivot to another opportunity.
