Notes from Seller: Pure Barre has always been a passion of mine, and owning a studio was a long-time goal. While we live in Bozeman, Montana, a great opportunity arose in Houston, and we purchased this studio with a partner to build on an already strong community. Over the years, the studio has maintained a solid member base, an excellent location, and a beautiful, spacious buildout.
With an engaged, local owner or active GM, this studio is well-positioned for growth and ready to be taken to the next level. Our decision to sell is simply due to the challenges of long-distance ownership.
Growth opportunities
We started with an Owner/Manager that lived in Spring, TX. It was highly successful under this model. She unfortunately had to get out for personal reasons, and the studio has proven to be very difficult to run from Montana. An owner/manager or regional owner/manager would be ideal for this business.
