About this Business

Bella Bridesmaids Austin is looking for a new owner who will become part of the Bella family, continue our tradition of great customer satisfaction, and also take our unique bridesmaids experience to the next level!

The Austin store features 19 designer lines, including styles exclusive to Bella. No bridal store in the area comes close to our extensive offering! The protected territory includes the Austin metropolitan area (Travis County), Round Rock (Williamson County), and San Marcos (Hays County) (population of 2,056,405). There’s an established book of business with a database of over 8,000 clients. No startup costs and no initial franchise fee.

This Bella Showroom is the only boutique bridesmaids business in the downtown area and is located at the 500 North Lamar center. Ample free parking this close to downtown is a real asset!! The Whole Foods flagship store and West Elm are across the street. The 1,000 sq ft. space was remodeled in 2016 and looks chic and modern.

We are prepared to be hands-on throughout the sale and subsequent owner transition, offering guidance and training to the new owner(s). This assistance is in addition to the extensive training provided by the national franchise Bella corporate staff. Vendor relations are already established and introductions will be made. The current stylist plans to remain.

Inquire now if you love weddings, brides, and bridesmaids and want to be part of a family of franchisees who feel the same!

Has not been actively marketed for the last couple of years.

About Bella Bridesmaids

Bella Bridesmaids is a bridal-fashion retail franchise built around appointment-based showrooms that specialise in bridesmaid dresses from leading designers, including Jenny Yoo, The Dessy Group and LulaKate. Each location serves brides, bridesmaids and wedding parties through a styling-led, personalised shopping experience rather than high-volume retail.

The business runs on a territory-based showroom model: franchisees operate a branded store, carry curated designer collections and guide wedding parties through fittings, sizing and ordering. The brand is family-owned and female-led, run by a mother-and-daughter team who acquired the Bella Bridesmaids franchise group in 2012 after starting out as franchisees themselves.

The network has grown to nearly 60 showrooms across the United States, supported by exclusive access to designer collections and a consumer brand that brides recognise. Franchisees operate as a close-knit group, sharing ideas and marketing through events such as the biennial Bella Bash.

Franchisee Support

Incoming owners receive structured onboarding built around 15 hours of classroom and 11 hours of on-the-job training, plus access to Bella Basecamp, the franchisee resource portal covering operating tools, reporting and shared learning. Ongoing support includes dedicated franchise business and marketing assistance, branded marketing materials and ad management, along with periodic training and the biennial Bella Bash and bridal-market events that connect owners across the network. Resale buyers should confirm with Bella what transfer onboarding and Bella Basecamp access carry over to a new owner.

Brand Accolades & Awards

Bella Bridesmaids showrooms have earned The Knot Best of Weddings award, a recognition driven by verified couple reviews, across multiple years including 2018, 2019 and 2020, with locations continuing to win and enter The Knot Hall of Fame in more recent cycles. The brand has built a trusted national reputation in bridal retail through its designer partnerships, female-founded leadership and service-led showroom experience. For resale buyers, brand-level recognition should be weighed alongside the specific showroom's local reviews, referral sources and standing among nearby wedding vendors.

Industry / Market

The US wedding sector is large and durable, with roughly two million weddings a year and total spending estimated near $66 billion in 2025. Bridesmaid attire is a steady part of that spend, supported by recurring demand as each wedding party generates multiple dress purchases. Demand is event-driven rather than discretionary, giving the category resilience across economic cycles, though it carries seasonal peaks tied to wedding dates. For resale buyers, local wedding volume, demographics and competing bridal retailers shape a showroom's territory potential.

Ideal Owner

Bella Bridesmaids suits hands-on retail operators who enjoy fashion, styling and direct customer relationships. The role is service-led: guiding brides and wedding parties through appointments, running a showroom and a small staff, and converting consultations into orders. Strong people skills, attention to detail and a flair for customer experience matter more than prior bridal-industry experience. Owners who build local wedding-vendor relationships and thrive in a collaborative, female-led franchise culture tend to fit the brand well.
