Territories were originally $35K EACH from the Franchisor. We are selling at a deep discount. Business was at break-even and growing rapidly. Low overhead (supplies and materials are very cheap) and google reviews all at 5!
Very high potential and could be run by a manager/employee. Systems in place for business (from franchisor) are good, and surrounding franchises are doing well.
