Owner's Day-to-Day Involvement
We are currently a husband and wife team. My husband does some spraying part-time, and works on repairs/ maintainence of the vehicles and equipment. I work from our home office answering customer phone calls, scheduling our main technician's daily routes, posting production and payments, interviewing/ hiring new employees, and maintaining licensure with the state. My weekly time commitment ranges from 20-30 hours in the beginning of the season, and it tapers off to about 10-15 hours by the end of the season.
Asset Description
All promotional and marketing materials and our corporate mascot, as well as 2 backpack sprayers.
Inventory Description
We carry a variety of pesticides and currently have enough for approximately 1/2-3/4 of the next season's production. We also carry traps that can be sold directly to customers.
Reason for Selling
We own and operate another business as well, and are in the process of expanding our family, and can no longer commit to the time required to operate this growing business.
