Owner's Day-to-Day Involvement
I have been very hands on in the production side of things by choice mostly. There are franchisees within the Wise Coatings family that play a more passive role. This would need to be a full-time gig until you found the right people to take things off of your plate. Definitely doable, it would just take a reasonable amount of time to get there.
