About this Business

Situated in Circle East in the heart of Towson, our studio benefits from exceptional visibility, ample parking, and consistent foot traffic. With Towson Town Center, Baltimore County Government, and both Towson and Goucher Universities just steps away, the location attracts a vibrant mix of students, professionals, and local residents.

The studio is fully staffed and ready for seamless ownership transition. Our team includes eight dedicated instructors—five certified in multiple formats—supported by an experienced sales lead and three front desk staff. Strong systems and documented processes keep daily operations running smoothly. The current owner manages remotely with weekly leadership touchpoints and monthly team meetings.

We’re proud of our loyal membership community and the strong reputation we’ve built in Towson.

Growth opportunities

A new owner will find a solid foundation of loyal members and a community that’s eager for more. With fresh leadership, the studio can quickly scale. Towson offers a rich ecosystem of local businesses, universities, and organizations—ideal for cross‑promotional partnerships and community collaborations. Strengthening digital marketing and increasing grassroots outreach will meaningfully boost lead flow and brand visibility. There are also several high‑value revenue opportunities still largely untapped: expanding retail offerings, introducing private training, hosting workshops and specialty events, and building corporate partnerships with nearby employers and institutions.

Owner's Day-to-Day Involvement

I am now living long distance and not physically in the studio regularly. I visit once per quarter to meet with the team. I am available to the team when needed and meet weekly with the sales lead. I run payroll and work with the instructors and sales lead to create the quarterly teaching schedule. I also do the books and take care of all business needs and tax reportings.
