It is unique and has very LITTLE competition in the space. The support team is great, and they are always looking to add new technology and be relevant. Have direct access to the Franchisor COO & CEO, and they have launched their new metallic finish process that allows the product to be used in showrooms and can be sold at a higher price than the standard franchises. They do have monthly team calls and annual retreats to get all the owners together to help bridge and cross-pollinate what is working and not working in different markets.

There is enormous growth in the commercial space. In the few short months I have launched, I have bid close to $1M in commercial projects with an average size of 20k Sq ft @ $250k each. Landing a single project of this size would exceed the FDD targets, where their primary market is the residential home builder. The team is well-trained and ready to take on these projects. I see a 1+1 = 3 opportunity for those existing home service businesses looking for a new revenue stream, i.e., power washing, painters, paver sealing, etc. as customers often are looking for concrete coating too and don't know where to turn to, especially in the Long Island market.
