Note: until there is another franchisee nearby, you have the freedom to serve any client in the Austin area. Georgetown is our gem, growing fast, and it already has so many residents who need help from senior-focused businesses. Our business is still small, as it has remained without marketing and sales roles for its entire lifetime. However, it has an established infrastructure in place, operational processes, excellent trained staff, and exceptional clients. What it lacks: partnerships with healthcare providers or local organizations. This is where someone needs to focus outreach and marketing. Our franchisor can train you how to do it. This is an opportunity for someone to get a small business without doing the startup work or paying the startup costs. Due to illness in our family, we won't be able to give our energy to growing the business as it deserves. We are very flexible in order to get it to the right owner. Someone who will nurture it into a profitable business where the owner can work part-time from home, or be out with the clients and marketing partners. Let's talk! A new owner will have our support as long as they need it, and the expertise of our franchisor at any time.
Owner may work part-time managing the business. If the owner also handles sales and marketing, it could be full-time instead.
Basic office equipment (laptops, printer, scanner, iPads). No other equipment is needed for the business.
Printed marketing and client intake materials.
Franchisor provides excellent training and guidance in all aspects of the business. Home care industry sales experts provide free quarterly training or one-on-one training if an owner wants customized assistance.
The work we do is meaningful and can improve people's lives dramatically. It always feels great when you can help someone.
We are a family operated (2-person) business. We are unable to fulfill the marketing and sales roles that the business needs to continue growth due to recent health complications.
The business has received no marketing and has never had a salesperson. It has only used a referral company and has done well, but it needs more than just phone referrals. The franchisor describes the ideal as a 2-person team where one member of the team focuses on sales and marketing.
