The franchise being sold has a specific territory on the north side of San Antonio. This one of the fastest growing areas in the entire country. This is also one of the, if not the largest territory in the TGA network for just golf. The territory includes several counties, nearly 10 different ISDs (School Districts) and is a territory that will continue to see hundreds of thousands of new residents with children that will want to learn the game of golf. Although revenue is currently lower than desired, this is simply a result of ownership not having enough time to allocate to grow the business. Ownership acknowledges this and is therefore desiring to sell the large franchise to the right candidate that will be able to invest time into the company to see it grow.

Owner simply does not have the time to invest in the business to make it as successful as it could be to the new owner and to the community. Instead of generating small profits each year the owner would like to see the right candidate take the territory to the next level and grow the business.
New franchise owner could easily invest the time to recruit more coaches, more class locations and offer more private lessons to generate significant revenue.
