Make a HUGE impact in kids' lives by taking ownership of Snapology and Class 101. At Snapology, we are a STEAM enrichment organization for kids ages 2-14. Hire and train staff that will help build kids' love for and confidence through engineering and robotics activities. At Class 101, help guide kids an families through the college admission process. These organizations are fun and truly rewarding. Staff is in place to continue delivering exceptional customer service! As much fun as I have, I am looking to sell my two children's enrichment franchises due to ongoing medical concerns. Here are some of the highlights: *2 franchises under 1 roof (lower rent!) *2023 revenue ~200K, about 25% EBITDA right now *Strong, well-trained staff in place *Programs in place for 2024 (scheduling done through August) *Client base of ~700 families *Rent: <$2300 (including CAM, heat/hot water) - both businesses are in the same unit I am asking 75K, but this price is negotiable with a quick sale in 2024. This price is less than the current franchise fees. Our price includes: *All inventory (approximately 15K) *Franchise transfer fees (approximately 20K) *All construction that's been done in our hub in Northern MA *Established business with large growth YOY since opening in 2021 and large growth anticipated in 2024. Only half of the territory is currently utilized, so plenty of opportunity for growth. This is not an absentee owner business (at the moment). However, there is an opportunity to promote 1-2 staff into administrative roles to handle the logistical pieces of the business. Most ownership work can be handled remotely (from my experience).
Right now, owner is only able to commit 10-15 hours per week. For full growth, a 30-40 hour per week commitment is best for the business. Owner should be comfortable taking on operations and logistics, including scheduling, inventory management, business development, and customer relationships. With Class 101, it is recommended that you do sales consultations and college planning initially and then bring on a PT College Advisor while the owner takes on the Director roles and responsibilities.

The parent base for Snapology and Class 101 is amazing. They are very supportive of us and help to grow the business in the community. Snapology and Class 101 both have a great set of owners who are truly collaborative, appreciate one another, and support each other with growth and setbacks. They are there to bounce ideas off of, share ideas, and be a great resource. HQ is undergoing changes to the technology, which will increase exposure, make registration easier, and help us spend less time on marketing and operations.
Medical reasons and personal obligations require significant time taken away from the business. The business has grown too much to let it close and it is not quite at a point where it can be a passive investment.
2023 has seen significant growth. Following the same trajectory and maximizing marketing opportunities (which current owner did not do) will see huge growth in 2024, with revenue anticipated in the 250-300K range, and even higher with a full-time commitment.
