The hours range from 10-25 hours per week depending on trainer availability. This is training, maintenance, payroll/administration activities, client communications and supporting the coaches. Seller would recommend working 30-40 hours a week at first to build the business up or promoting the main trainer to a lead or supervisor and then focusing on the client acquisition and retention.
