DESCRIPTION
DAY-TO-DAY INVOLVEMENT
We are currently a husband and wife team- My husband does some spraying part-time, and works on repairs/ maintainence of the vehicles and equipment. I work from our home office answering customer phone calls, scheduling our main technician's daily routes, posting production and payments, interviewing/ hiring new employees, and maintaining licensure with the state. My weekly time commitment ranges from 20-30 hours in the beginning of the season, and it tapers off to about 10-15 hours by the end of the season.
