We provide end-to-end guidance and support, handling every stage of the transaction. From initial inquiry, to obtaining an NDA, to soliciting LOI’s, to negotiating terms, to closing a win-win deal, our broker team is there from start to finish.

Marketing Services fee of $2,999 (not due until listing agreement has been executed) to build your campaign. The Franchise Value Assessment ($899) is required prior to being eligible for the Fully Managed Broker Service. The Franchise Exit Road Map is recommended. Listing agreement is 12 months and provided in conjunction with Voyage Acquisitions or another Business Broker of Franchise Flippers’ discretion. A success fee of 8% of Total Consideration (Sales Price) or $30,000, whichever is greater, less $2,999, to be paid by Seller upon sale. Reduced Commissions Structure
Success fee of only 8% provides a significant savings over the standard 10%-15% broker commissions. Plus, success fee is reduced even further if Franchisor brings a buyer to the table or if another franchise owner purchases your business.
